My impression of and experience with GT Security was overwhelmingly positive. I appreciated that from my very first request for a quote, the emails included all parties who would be handling my contract, keeping everyone in the loop and aware of what was going on. Communication was incredibly efficient and prompt, and my multiple requests to amend my contract were accepted with patience and turned around very quickly. I was handling multiple aspects of a large event which required security at different times each day, and the security piece of the event was something that I didn't need to worry about at all. The guards were incredibly professional and polite and made my job so much easier. They showed up on time, answered my questions, and maintained contact with me when requested. I have no complaints whatsoever, and even recommended GT Security to the vendor who was handling the rentals for my event.

I just wanted to share with you what a great job your team did. It was recognized by not only our staff, but many others. We received excellent service from all of your guards! In particular, I’d like to thank Rami who assisted me with the perimeter checks in the evenings. Also, your coordinator did a fabulous job in managing your team and liaising between me and them. We also received great feedback from one of our vendors about the gentleman in Registration on Friday night, when we had the unexpected event of the fire. The guard did a great job making sure our vendor’s computers were secured. In addition, all of our exhibitors all pointed out what a great job your team did checking badges, which is imperative for them to feel their investment is protected and their materials secure.

All the board members on the organizing committee board were impressed by the professional attitude exhibited by your team. We could not have asked for a better company to help us with our security needs for the event. Having the adequate security personnel allowed the organizers to give their attention towards other planning aspects of the event. Your coordinator was commendable in managing the team on-site, and we had no issues with the management.

I can speak on behalf of myself and FDD that everyone was very impressed with both the management and security agents on location. After meeting with you, my colleagues and I immediately felt at ease regarding the security for our event. Pete and the other three officers were fantastic as well. We knew after meeting with Pete the morning of the event that everything was going to run smoothly and should any instances occur we would be well taken care of.

I was very happy with our dealings with your people. I believe the first guard was "Shawn" and the second guard was "James." Both gentleman were punctual and diligent in their duties of walking the halls at night. Each guard provided us a description of any activity (or none) on a half-hour basis, per our request and were at the disposal of the front desk, should there have been any disturbances to be investigated. This is our second year using GT Security and we are very pleased (6 times of two nights each) with the service provided. We look forward to hiring your company for next year, as soon as we secure our dates.
